Youth Ministries
Here at Grace we typically refer to our youth ministry by the name "3D". When people see "3D" or hear us refer to it by that name sometimes they will ask what it means.
Basically, 3D stands for what we value as a youth ministry. Here at Grace we value the process of outreach, growth, and influence. Or, to put it another way...
We value the process of:
Drawing (outreach) Discipling (growth)
Daring (influence)
We have 2 times that we meet:
Sunday morning
Sunday night
On Sunday morning the high school and middle school meet together during the first service, from 9:00-10:15. Typically, most of the youth go to the second service, from 10:30-11:45.
On Sunday night we meet at the church from 6:30-8:30pm.
In addition, we are also very intentional about discipleship. We encourage all of our youth to be a part of a small group of 3 or 4 people committed to growing together. We call these "D-Groups." Normally these meet on Sunday nights from 5:30-6:30 but they don't always have to. If you are interested in being a part of a discipleship group let us know so we can connect you with the right person.
